Evaluation of the IPCAA Website
Description
In the School of Information course Evaluation of Systems and Services (SI-622), I learned and practiced various test methods for the evaluation of digital products. Over the course of the semester, my team evaluated the University of Michigan's Interdepartment Program for Classical Art and Archaeology (IPCAA) website. We used all the evaluation methods listed below to provide IPCAA administration with the best actionable intelligence to help them re-design their website. The IPCAA evaluation was completed in collaboration with three team members, but I led the editing of all reports delivered to the client.
